Supports the day to day efficient operation of the factory2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage the initiatives through WAVE3. Manage yield and spoilage initiatives (output optimization) through improvement projects implementation4. Manage machine run rates5. Data analysis for poor process performance, deviations, and significant variance to establish root causes and solutions6. Lead structured problem solving and improvement projects7.
