We are seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Store Supervisor to join our team in Butterworth.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including customer service, administration, and inventory management.Fluent in both English and isiXhosa is advantageous, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional organizational and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning at all times.Manage customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.Maintain a neat and well-stocked store environment, ensuring products are displayed attractively.Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to replenish stock.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets and provide excellent customer service.Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.Utilize computer skills to manage store records and generate reports using software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.Drive sales and implement strategies to increase store profitability.Ensure punctuality and adherence to work schedules, including availability to work Saturdays.Requirements:Previous experience as a Supervisor or Manager, preferably in a PostNet or similar retail environment.Valid driver’s license and own transport.Excellent communication skills in English- isiXhosa is advantageousStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.Friendly, approachable demeanour with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Salary Range:The salary range for this position in Butterworth, Eastern Cape, typically falls between R15,000 and R20,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
